1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for educational programs and consultations within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the majority of materials or attended consultation sessions.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@tendonsrefine.world with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads that have been fully accessed and resource materials are non-refundable. Consultations completed cannot be refunded.

4. Program Cancellations

You may cancel programs within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining weeks.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All offerings are digital or delivered locally. No shipping costs apply.
